Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, including our various websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, and widgets, (the "Services" or “Kids For Education”), and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). Your access to and use of the Services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The term "Kids For Education" may also refer to an employee or emplyees holding sufficient authority to act on the behalf of Kids For Education as an organization. Whether or not an individual is an employee or holds sufficient authority as well as the intended meaning in this document of the said term may be determined by Hunter John Larco when in question.
You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any Content you share via the Services, and for any consequences thereof. The Content you share will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with Twitter and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.
The Services that Kids For Education provides are always evolving and the form and nature of the Services that Kids For Education provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. In addition, Kids For Education may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you.
Students and Tutors
Students and tutors include all individuals considered enrolled students by the Kids For Education database. This means that the database recognizes them in either the 'User' namespace, 'Student' namespace, or 'Queue' namespace. Additionally any individual who is using the service without authorization must submit to the terms reserved to students and tutors.
Students and tutors assume full resposibility for their actions and words to any other individual accessed through the Services both online and offline. Kids For Education is not held resposible for the actions of students or tutors. In the event that an offense is made between two different people in different states (ie bullying), the two parties will be held under the jurisdication deemed appropriate by the federal law. If Kids For Education decides that the federal law makes no distinct digression on the appropriate jurisdiction, each individual will be held to their state's law.
The term "School" includes any individuals who access the Service on the behalf of a school, formally affliated or not. The term "School" also includes any individual(s) who attempt to access the Service as a school when they don't posses proper authority or have formed a fictitious school.
The use of Kids For Education is not a right, and thus Kids For Education may at any time revoke privilages or withhold it's service from a school. The results of which may lead to its students being removed from the service as well if deemed appropriate by Kids For Education. Kids For Education also reserves the right to request that a minimum amount of tutors be active from any School, and if this requirement is not met, Kids For Education may remove the service from the School and/or its students.
